Each charcuterie box includes a variety of local ingredients that changes depending on seasonality. All ingredients are from Manitoulin producers aside from our cheese, which we source from an award-winning Northern Ontario Fromagerie in Kapuskasing. Our naturally fermented sauerkraut comes from Sault Sainte Marie and is a delight you won't want to miss. Staples in the box typically include:

Pastrami from Burts Farms Country Meats, Gore Bay.

Summer Sausage from Pike Lake Farms, Pike Lake.

A specialty cheese selection (2x 60g portions) from Fromagerie Kapuskoise, based in Kapuskasing.

Pickled quail eggs using eggs from Rather be Farming, based outside of Kagawong.

Dill Pickle Sauerkraut from The Cultured Club, Sault Saint Marie.

Organic rainbow tomatoes from Three Forks Farms, Ice Lake.

Raw, unpaturised honey from Veronika Bingaman based in Honora Bay.

Grape Jelly from Heather Strain made from her own grapes grown on her family farm outside of Gore Bay.

A sourdough baguette freshly baked from New Grain Bread.

This is the perfect box to share with a friend or partner with a glass of wine or your bevarage of choice. It highlights some of the many excellent products and produce Manitoulin has to offer.
